Depicting three giant sized vases filled with flowers. With a background of Flemish pastoral scenes; a man crossing a bridge, a village, and small wild animals and birds all surrounded with trees and flowers. In the sky, garlands of flowers are joined by swags and ribbons while insects fly around the flower filled vases. The whole within a decorative border with urns, flowers, baskets and birds. Woven in wool with blue and yellow tones.
The tapestry is in good condition with old repairs and backed with linen. It has been reduced in width, although the cropped section remains folded under the border.
