Tin-glazed earthenware decorated in cobalt blue on a white ground. The ribbed outside encircled by a double blue line
with garlands of flowers, the centre with fruit and flowers in the style of Berain.

The Manufacture Royale de "Fayance" de Samadet was founded by the Abbé Roquepine in 1732 in the village of Samadet in Les Landes,
Aquitaine, Western France. It ceased trading in 1838.
