Pair of 18th century Delft butter dishes attached to the plates, the lids lift off separately.
Decorated in the Dutch delft style with blue flowers on a white ground. The finials on the lids are blackberries surrounded by leaves. The dish and the underplate are one piece, the lid lifts off separately.
Signed on the base 'AP' Anthony Pennis (1750-1770) De 2 Scheepjes.
