PAIR OF 19TH CENTURY GILT BRONZE CANDLESTICKS CONVERTED TO TABLE LAMPS
The capital decorated with palmettes above reeded tapering columns with larger palm leaves at the base, supported by an arched tripod with palms at the base of each foot. The whole resting on a triangular base with concave sides.
France, Empire period, circa 1810.
Converted to lamps with faux candles and electrified for the UK.
