18TH CENTURY FAIENCE TABLE FOUNTAIN CONVERTED INTO A TABLE LAMP
Faience baluster fountain raised on a pied douche with mask handles in the form of lion's heads holding rings.
 Decorated in cobalt blue with flowers, lambrequins and foliate designs. The central mask missing the original bronze tap.
Faience de Rouen, France, first half of the 18th century.
With 19th century gilt bronze mounts; a ring at the base and a decorative acorn finial with leaf and berry decoration to the top. Shown with 20" gathered silk shade available separately.
